Some herbs that help with digestion include ginger, black pepper, fennel seeds, lemon balm, peppermint and cinnamon.  Black pepper helps boost production of digestive enzymes. Ginger helps with nausea.  Lemon Balm, also known as Melissa helps reduce gas and bloating.  Fennel seeds also reduce gas and bloating.  Peppermint calms stomach spasms and gas, and is very helpful for those with irritable bowel syndrome.
