Heather Frantz looks at 5 main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual. Together a wellness road map will be created to help your body and mind perform at peak performance. With a focus on how nutrition supports the body in managing chronic diseases, stress, and over all mood she will work to create guidelines for feeling your best.
Heather is also a registered yoga teacher and is passionate about meditation and the improvements it can have on the body.
