Return/Cancellation Policy

At AlternativesforHealing.com, we value transparency and want our advertisers to understand our policies before purchasing a listing.

• No Refunds: All purchases for directory listings, advertisements, or marketing services are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment has been processed.

• No Automatic Renewals: For security and accuracy, listings do not renew automatically. Advertisers must re-enter their payment information each year in order to reactivate or continue their listing.

• Listing Retention: If a listing is not renewed, the information will remain in our system for 90 days. After that period, it will be permanently deleted.
