How to Fill-Out the Listing Form

Welcome.  Thank for listing with Alternatives for Healing. Below are simple instructions to prepare you to upload your listing information with us.

When you first open the link to provide your listing information, the first thing you see is that you will need to do is fill-out your info about your business, check any categories that apply to it. Then towards the bottom you will need to add text for both the "excerpts" and "more info" areas.

BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM: PREPARE YOUR TEXT AND IMAGES

  • Go to the form link sent to you and see the instructions for your type of listing purchased, these words are where it can be found "EXCERPT AND MORE INFO AREA TEXT". 
  • Now open a document editing program such as "Word" to prepare your text and that you choose which images to add to your listing, then:

1. Create two short paragraphs for your listing (see video for example)

- Excerpt - 400 characters with spaces (not words) Max

- More Info – Unlimited Text but recommend 200 words

Once ready simply add the text in the form as shown below:

2. Have your logo, a photo or product image ready to upload

 - Standard: 115w x 150w, all product images need to be: 125w x 125h

3.  Have images ready for More Info area. This is optional - Good for the search engines, plus people are very visual.  Recommend at least 1 – 2 images (make sure they’re not too big otherwise it may not upload in the form).
