Relaxation tip- take a deep breath and focus your attention on your body, then with your exhale imaging the tension relaxing and releasing.  If you have tine, methodically work your way from your top of your head down through your body all the way to your feet.  It helps to do deep belly (not chest) breathing as well. Using your imagination and intention with the process is very powerful.
