Take a 15-minute hypnotic journey meditation, guided by a soothing female voice, to unwind after a stressful day or simply to clear your mind and feel good. Begin by deeply relaxing your body through an effective progressive muscle relaxation technique, allowing your mind to ease into a calm state as well. In this peaceful space, listen to affirmations that instill a sense of balance in your mind and gently encourage your body to slow down the aging process.

Get a feeling of your true essence as an unlimited infinite being by taking 15 minutes to listen to this hypnotic guided meditation (female voice). Relax in a quiet place and go for the quest for clarity, self-awareness and self-discovery. During the meditation, you will answer quietly in your mind
Who am I?
What do I want?
What is my calling right now?
What am I grateful for?
And next, surrender to the infinite within you. Reconnect to your true nature. Discover to the Universe within.
