I will coach and counsel your journey as being the primary gatekeeper and contributor in your healing journey.

Psychoeducation and support groups are remotely available weekly related to Substance Use Disorders, Re-writing your Sacred Story, and Holistic Health & Wellness. Free psychoeducation group on Sundays is to learn more about natural, sacred, and functional medicine.
